Just wanted to let you know that we got our All In One Hooper last week. I am so impressed with this product. We got it on Thursday, and I read the instructions that night. By Friday, we were doing production runs of shirts on it! Very easy to use.
I really appreciate an innovative design, and this is certainly a good example. I had not seen one in person, only online. But I have seen the competitors in person, and there is no comparison. Compared to all the others on the market, this one has more functionality, takes up less space, and costs less. At the same time, it works perfect.
We are a small home-based shop, and did not have room for all the rigging the competitors want you to buy (to support much less functionality. You could cover an entire workbench with the competitors equipment, and still not have half the functionality of this tool). We can do so much more with much less equipment. And it is nicely built and rugged. The information on the CD is very useful and appreciated as well. Well done!

I would just like to send to pass on to you some feedback from the use of the All in one hooper and the leveler pro.
I opened a small retail shop in the heart of the Welsh valleys in the UK last September. while on holidays in Florida in August we recieved the all in one hooper which was shipped to a friends villa. All my customers are impressed that all the logos on their Polo shirts and other coporate wear are embroidered in the same place. They had used other UK businesses previously and their Logo had been in embroidered at various heights and even embroidery going undernesth the arm!

After being in the embroidery business for a few years we had already purchased a couple of devices to hoop various and sundry things that come into any custom and contract business. Like in most shops, storage for these multiple devices was a problem in addition to being time consuming to get them out for use when needed.
We had the pleasure of being introduced to the All-in-One hooping device and found that it was easy to use, allowing for easy transition from one type of hoop to another, made running more than one order at the same time possible. We no longer needed to store and pull out various hoopers as we changed from one garment to another.
Its infinite placement for the brackets makes it easy to adjust from the smallest sizes to the largest and everything in between. The extendable arms hold the larger garments in a way that makes hooping of these garments so much easier than it was in the past.
